ABs are Made in the Kitchen!!
Holistic might be an extreme to some but... KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID. Grab the garbage, go into your pantry and fridge, and start throwing away all processed foods and anything with preservatives. Out of sight out of mind. If you don't have it in your house in the first place, you will be less likely to cheat on your diet.
Chlorophyll acts as a natural detox, so when it comes to your greens EAT UP!
A common dinner of mine consists of
5-8oz of Chicken Breast and 2 cups of mixed vegetables. YUM YUM!!
Quick pre-workout snack; natural whole wheat bread, all natural peanut butter, local raw unfiltered honey, and straight cinnamon. Everything the body needs!
