I think that everything posted was very reasonable.
However, what about this? suppose you were
to create a killer title? I am not suggesting your information isn't solid, however what if you added a post title that grabbed a person's attention?
I mean "Ab Shredder WOD" is kinda boring. You might look at Yahoo's front page and watch how they create article headlines to grab viewers to click. You might add a video or a picture or two to grab people excited about everything've got to say.
Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little
bit more interesting.
